HOW IT ALL BEGAN
The Origin Story
In late 2023, Izzy was at home with three kids under three (twins included) and on pause from her career. After a year of full-time mum life, she was ready to do something for herself. Then she met Jade – a fellow twin mum who introduced her to the travel opportunity. It sounded like a no-brainer, and she jumped right in!
Her first booking was a ski trip for her friends Lauren and Ruth – and that’s where it all began. Lauren, a corporate high-flyer with a serious travel obsession, instantly connected with the idea of building something that could one day give her more freedom and time with her family, and decided to start her own business too. Ruth hung back on the sidelines for a few months, but as an anaesthetist juggling long shifts and family life, she loved the idea of earning extra income from the sofa (in her pyjamas!) and decided to give it a go too.
The three friends were part of a wider network of agents, which opened their eyes to what was possible. But they also knew exactly what kind of community they wanted to create – one that felt empowering, positive, and full of like-minded people cheering each other on.
And that’s how All Things Travel was born - a team built on friendship, freedom, and a shared love of seeing the world (preferably with a glass of wine in hand!).
Izzy Rasmussen
A mum of three with a background in Learning & Development, Izzy co-founded ATT after discovering how the love of travel could become not just a passion, but a source of income, purpose, and community.
“Watching people grow in confidence and back themselves - that’s the best feeling.”
-
About me: I met my husband on a ski season, and now we’ve got three kids and a fluffy Cavachon called Milo. My background’s in learning & development, and I’ve always loved creating communities and cheering others on.
How I found this business: After having my twins I became a stay-at-home mum, but I really missed that sense of achievement - and having teammates! A fellow twin mum introduced me to this, and it just felt like the perfect fit.
My travel flex: Since Jan ’24 I’ve booked around £250,000 worth of trips for others. I’ve loved getting to know the travel world, building new skills, and making great friends along the way.
Fun fact: I studied maths at uni… which probably explains why I love working out how many trips I can squeeze into a year!
Looking ahead: I’m proud of the community we’re building at ATT, and I can’t wait to keep meeting more travel lovers and helping them turn their passion into something rewarding.
Lauren Connor
A corporate queen with an eye for detail and a deep love of travel, Lauren saw early on how this business could create more flexibility for her family - and now helps others do the same.
“The momentum in the travel industry right now is incredible. I’m excited about what the future holds for all of us.”
-
About me: I’m a doctor by training, but I always knew I was destined to find my passion elsewhere. Lucky for me that turned out to be travel. I live with my husband and 3 kids under 5 so yes, my life is busy, loud, and full of adventure on every level.
How I found this business: My best friend Ruth told me that her NCT friend Izzy was working flexibly as a travel agent and that wasn’t that my dream job. I knew immediately I had to do it myself and literally had zero questions. Izzy did book a ski trip for us first but after that there was no way I didn’t want in. The rest is history and ATT was born from the 3 of us.
My travel flex: I’ve always been the go-to holiday organiser, but my biggest flex is turning that passion into a business I’m proud of. Now I get to do what I love every day, while building it alongside the most inspiring community. And the community is what drives me - nothing I’ve ever done in traditional “work” compares.
“When you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life.”
Fun fact: I have never tried a fizzy drink (without alcohol).
Looking ahead: The sky’s the limit. ATT are headed for great things and that’s because even though we are all individual business owners we pour our heart and soul into us as a team. When one person succeeds, we all succeed, and that momentum will carry us to even greater heights.
Ruth Jackson
A doctor and natural motivator, Ruth brings the energy that keeps ATT moving. She loves celebrating other people’s wins and helping them turn ambition into momentum.
“My job can be full-on so I’ve loved having something totally different to focus on - something creative, flexible, and entrepreneurial that also builds an extra income stream.”
-
About me: I’ve been a Doctor for 13 years and live in London with my husband and two kids and a dog!
How I found this business: Through my best friends, Izzy and Lauren (fellow ATT founders). Izzy has been a best friend from our NCT days 4 years ago and Lauren was love at first sight when our worlds collided living in Sydney 8 years ago.
My travel flex: I love it ALL! I absolutely love the community we have built and seeing new friendships formed and people surprising themselves with the opportunity, obviously savings on my own holidays and some big travel bookings for friends (£40K).
Fun fact: I appeared on playdays in the 90’s (showing my age) and I like raw mushrooms and ketchup as an aperitif.
Looking ahead: Building our community to be bigger and better. Improving resources and systems available to our team to help everyone that joins ATT achieve their personal goals. An ATT retreat in 2026. Oh and more holidays! More is more and more is never enough (when it comes to holidays IMO).
Real people. Real stories.
We’re a community of travel lovers from every background - doctors, business owners, creatives, parents - all earning from something we love. Some of us do this alongside full-time careers or family life, others have turned it into something bigger.
Whatever your goals, there’s space for you here.

Meet The Team
Laura
Former commercial solicitor
From the get go Laura has been booking travel, from luxury hotels abroad to family ski holidays to UK staycations and lots more, alongside keeping her family life front and centre.
“Joining ATT has enabled me to combine my organisation skills with my passion for holidays and helping others, all on my own time’
-
After over a decade as a commercial lawyer in the City, Laura left her legal career to become a full-time mum to her three young children. When her middle child started school, she found herself with a little more time during the day. A friend introduced her to ATT and it instantly clicked – it was a no-brainer! She realised she could combine family life with something flexible and personally rewarding.
Laura says the best part is seeing her clients’ excitement when she helps create their dream holidays. Those happy messages from clients who’ve just arrived and are thrilled with their trip make it all the more worth it!
Christie
NHS consultant on mat leave
A doctor and mum of three, Christie jumped in while on maternity leave - and made over £1.5k on her first booking. Her goal? To create flexibility for family life and travel smarter.
“We live for holidays - now I get paid for planning them!”
-
Christie joined while on maternity leave after hearing about the travel opportunity from a friend. The idea of travelling smarter appealed instantly. She completed her training between nap times and booked her first trip - a Dubai family holiday - within a week.
Now she uses her travel role as a creative outlet that fits around hospital shifts and parenting, helping other new mums plan memorable breaks.
Liv
Charity & events background
What started as a talent for planning trips soon became a passion for mentoring others. She’s already supported over ten new agents to launch confidently, upskill and start earning through their own travel businesses.
“It’s amazing watching someone go from curious to confident - knowing I helped them start is the best part.”
-
With a career in events and fundraising, Liv already loved bringing people together. She saw travel as another way to do that.
Since joining All Things Travel, she’s booked everything from wellness retreats to European city breaks and now mentors new agents as they launch.
Her favourite part is helping people turn curiosity into confidence.
Jo
Entrepreneur & business owner
One social media post about her travels turned into a high-value booking and opened up a new client base. She proves that your network is often your best audience.
“I posted about a trip I loved and suddenly people wanted me to book theirs too - it just grew naturally.
-
A single social-media post about her own holiday sparked Jo’s first travel booking and a steady stream of referrals.
With her business background, she recognised a brilliant model immediately.
Jo now combines running her own company with travel planning, proving that anyone with a network and enthusiasm can succeed here.
Lindsey
Events manager and ex-cabin crew
From Japan to South Africa to nearly 50 trips to NYC, Lindsey has always chased adventure. Now based by the sea with her young family, she loves helping clients travel smarter.
“I’ve always loved travel - this lets me stay connected to the industry and create amazing trips without leaving home.”
-
Lindsey is no stranger to travelling the world, having worked as long-haul crew in her 20s and heading off the beaten track at every opportunity. She was excited to join All Things Travel and explore the industry from a new angle.
Her insider knowledge and passion for service now make her the go-to agent for corporate and group travel.
She loves being able to work from home while staying connected to travel.
Pippa
A fresh start after divorce
A former media agency partner, executive coach, and mum of two teenager daughters, Pippa wanted a new chapter after her divorce. Within days of discovering All Things Travel, she’d signed up and started planning holidays.
“Joining gave me something positive to focus on - I’ve rebuilt my confidence and found purpose again.”
-
After taking time out from her career, Pippa wanted something meaningful that she could call her own. Joining All Things Travel gave her purpose and community.
She quickly found herself helping friends plan family trips and rediscovered her confidence along the way. What began as a hobby has become a source of pride and independence.
Lux
Healthcare worker turned expat
Used All Things Travel to rebuild community and create income after relocating. She loves how it connects her to people and places worldwide.
“Moving abroad was scary, but this gave me a sense of community and a way to stay connected to home.”
-
Relocating overseas can be daunting, but Lux turned it into an opportunity. She joined All Things Travel to stay connected with home and channel her love of exploring new places.
She now builds travel plans for families on both sides of the Atlantic, proving this works anywhere in the world.
Claire
Doctor and former tour guide
Before medicine, Claire spent summers leading sailing tours along the Croatian coast - so travel’s in her blood. Now on mat leave, she’s turned that passion into a fun, flexible side hustle.
“I love how holiday chats with friends now turn into real bookings - and great catch-ups!”
-
Claire joined while off work with her newborn. Sharing travel ideas with other parents led to real enquiries and her first bookings.
She loves that this allows her to stay in touch with the world while on a career break - and that she’s building something entirely her own.

WHERE WE ARE NOW
What’s It Like To Be A Part Of Our Community?
All Things Travel started with just a few of us cheering each other on - and has grown into one of the UK’s most supportive and successful travel teams.
Our secret?
We share what works.
We celebrate every win (big or small).
We genuinely want to see each other succeed.
That combination of collaboration, training, in-person events and energy means our agents get results fast - from first bookings to six-figure travel portfolios.
But it’s more than business. Being part of ATT feels like:
Finding people who just get you.
Swapping late-night messages over first commissions and dream trips.
Having the freedom to dip in and out - no pressure, no competition, just support when you need it.
We’re a mix of everyday people: stay-at-home mums, doctors, lawyers, vets, accountants, teachers, tech professionals, athletes, marketers, salespeople, students, and beauticians. Some people join and simply book their own trips. Others use this as a way to make a steady side income. And some are building it into their full-time career.
Scroll down to see the faces behind ATT - proof that we don’t just talk travel… we live it.
